General conditions of sale for a stay in a bed and breakfast at AureFées

Length of stay

The customer agrees for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Confirmation of the reservation

The stay is guaranteed after payment of the deposits:

For stays of 1 or 2 nights, the entire stay.

For other stays, 50% of the total price of the stay. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation by the customer

a) In all cases the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

b) If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner and the entire stay is due.

c/ If the client does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, and having not informed of his delay, the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner and the entire stay is due.

d/ In the event of a shortened stay compared to the reservation initially planned, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation initially planned remains fully acquired by the owner.

e/ In the event of cancellation after arrival, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

Cancellation/modification by owner

When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the client and ensure that the message has been received by the client. The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.

The owner reserves the right to modify the client’s choice of room for a room of the same category or a higher category, if necessary.

Arrival and departure time:

The client must arrive on the day specified for the reservation between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Notify in case of arrival after 8 p.m.

Outside these hours, the owner does not guarantee his presence in order to preserve his family life.

The time of departure from the rooms must be before 11 a.m.

Use of premises:

The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to leave the rooms in good condition. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred.

Ability :

The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers, without canceling the reservation.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Animals :

Animals are not allowed. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the reservation at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the customer’s departure, no refund can be considered.

No smoking

Aurefées is a non-smoking establishment. For your own safety and that of the guests, smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
